What are you going to do 

  • You will be Responsible for ensuring daily documentation flows between involved parties as required through the use of dedicated Document Management Systems (DMS), e.g. Imagine PDM/IM2, UNIFIER, Think Project
  • Assist the Lead Document Controller with specific tasks, such as MDL updates, progress reports, special issue reviews
  • Work in accordance with general and project specific document quality checklists, compliant with company and project quality procedures and accurate quality records
  • Actively and routinely promote the identification of hazards and EHS risks in own work area work area and the construction objects
  • Responsible for preparing information for managers, customers and colleagues
  • You are Responsible for meeting deadlines with high quality, sense of urgency and delivery
  • You are focused on creating added value for customers
  • You are responsible for identifying root causes and developing best practices for problem solving
