About this role


  • Du planst und steuerst die Einsätze unserer Außendienstmitarbeiter

  • Du erstellst effiziente Tourenplanungen

  • Du hast einen Überblick über Termine und Fristen der Kundenaufträge und sorgst für eine fristgerechte Ausführung

  • Die Planung der Aufträge und Routen erstellst Du auf wirtschaftlich und effizient

  • Du übernimmst die Kundenkommunikation bezüglich Terminabsprachen

  • Du erstellst Wartungspläne und überwachst deren Einhaltung

  • Du bringst eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und erste Berufserfahrung in der Disposition mit

  • Deine guten EDV-Kenntnisse und Dein technisches Verständnis erleichtern Dir die Einarbeitung sowie den Arbeitsalltag

  • Organisation und Problemlösung auch in stressigen Momenten, macht Dir Spaß

  • Du bist selbstbewusst und beharrlich in der Einforderung von Informationen

  • Deine zuverlässige, transparente und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise setzen wir voraus

  • Die Einhaltung von Prozessvorgaben und gute Selbstorganisation sind für Dich selbstverständlich

  • Durchsetzungsvermögen und ein hohes Kommunikationsgeschick auf Augenhöhe rundet Dein Profil ab
