What are you going to do 

  • Unterstützung des Fachbereichs bei der Planung, Steuerung und im Reporting von Investitionen, Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen sowie der wichtigsten Kostenbestandteile
  • Erstellung von Wirtschaftlichkeitsrechnungen für Infrastrukturprojekte, Optimierungs- und Produktstandortentscheidungen sowie Darstellung der Auswirkungen auf Bilanz, Gewinn- & Verlust- und Kapitalflussrechnung
  • Kaufmännische Unterstützung im Rahmen der Freigabe von Investitionsprojekten, Sachkostenbedarfen und Personalmaßnahmen
  • Prüfung und Bearbeitung der Bedarfsanforderungen inkl. selbstverantwortlicher Freigabe
  • Durchführung von Projektcontrolling-Aufgaben im Rahmen des betrieblichen Projektmanagements
  • Analyse der Ablauforganisation und betrieblicher Prozesse, Ermittlung von Schwachstellen und Erarbeitung von Vorschlägen zur Verbesserung der Wirtschaftlichkeit
  • Weiterentwicklung der Controlling-Instrumente und Methoden zur quantitativen und qualitativen Unterstützung des Fachbereichs

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Betriebswitschaft oder vergleichbare Qualifikation notwendig
  • Kenntnisse in Investitions-/ und Wirtschaftlichkeitsrechnungen sowie im Werkscontrolling zwingend
  • Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement und Projektcontrolling erforderlich
  • Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office und SAP sowie idealerweise in Management Informationssystemen / Business Inteligence (z.B. SAP BW) von Vorteil
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse erforderlich
