- Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehört die Angebotskontrolle.
- Zudem sind Sie als Unterstützung im Vertriebsprozess eingebunden.
- Wesentliche Aufgabenschwerpunkte sind Durchführung von Kundendemos- und Kundenschulungen.
- Sie nehmen einfache Anpassungen von Formularen im Dynamics 365 vor.
- Sie sind gänzlich in den Beratungsprozess integriert.
- Ihr Aufgabenfeld enthält Prozessanalysen und Prozessoptimierungen.
- Sie erstellen Konzepte für Dynamics 365-Projekte (Kalkulation, Formulierung).
- Sie halten die regelmäßige Kommunikation zum Kunden aufrecht.
- Ihr Arbeitsalltag wird durch die gesamtheitliche Wahrnehmung des Kunden durch enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertrieb abgerundet.
What you need to bring
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Fachinformatiker für Anwendungsentwicklung, Studienabschluss als Programmierer/ Software Engineer oder Berufserfahrung
- Kenntnisse in der Anwendung von Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Grundkenntnisse in Powerplattform
- Offen zur persönlichen und fachlichen Weiterentwicklung
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Beratung und Betreuung von Softwareentwicklungsprojekten
- Gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse in Wort & Schrift
