- Steuerung und Organisation aller Aktivitäten im Bereich BIM - Building Information Modelling sowie Implementierung und Etablierung der BIM Strategie in der Niederlassung
- Erarbeitung, Fortschreibung und Kommunikation der internen BIM-Standards
- Teilnahme und inhaltliche Vorbereitung von fachlichen Abstimmungsgesprächen zum Thema BIM
- Organisation und Durchführung von projektbezogenen BIM-Schulungen für die Projektbeschäftigten der Niederlassung zur Klärung von Fragen und Problemstellungen sowie Beratung der Außenstellen und Geschäftsbereiche in grundsätzlichen und rechtlichen Fragestellungen zum Thema BIM
- Multiplikator für das Thema BIM in Richtung aktiver interner und externer Kommunikation und Vernetzung sowie Aufbereitung der Erfahrungen aus den BIM-Projekten für ein aktives Wissensmanagement
What you need to bring
- Fundierte Kenntnisse und praktische Erfahrung in der Abwicklung von BIM-Projekten sowie im Projektmanagement
- Erfahrungen mit Infrastrukturprojekten, Leistungsphasen und Planungsphasen gemäß HOAI
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
