In unserem 6-monatigem Trainee Programm geben wir Dir intensive Einblicke in die Kultur, das Miteinander und die Arbeit bei Brunel. Du erlebst den Alltag eines/ einer Account Manager:in und wirst zu einem erfolgreichen Mitglied unseres Vertriebsteams ausgebildet. Wachse mit Brunel über Dich hinaus!
- Während des 6-monatigen Trainee Programms entwickelst Du zielgerichtet und praxisnah deine Vertriebspersönlichkeit.
- Dabei bearbeitest Du branchenrelevante Case Studies und trägst deinen Teil zu unserem Unternehmenserfolg bei.
- Ebenfalls entwickelst Du in Workshops mit unseren Vertriebstrainer:innen und direkt beim Kunden vor Ort, zielgerichtet und praxisnah deine Vertriebs- und Führungspersönlichkeit.
- Du erhältst umfangreiche Einblicke in den Arbeitsalltag erfahrener Account Manager:innen - von Akquise, über Kundenbetreuung bis hin zu der Gewinnung und Betreuung von Mitarbeiter:innen - und erlebst einen vielfältigen Arbeitsalltag, bei dem kein Tag wie der andere ist.
What you need to bring
- Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium idealerweise in den Bereichen Betriebswirtschaft / Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar
- Erste Erfahrungen in einem Dienstleistungssektor sind von Vorteil aber kein Muss
- Großes Interesse daran, die richtigen Menschen zusammenzubringen
- Moralische Wertevorstellungen, gutes Auftreten und Spaß an der Zusammenarbeit mit Kollegen:innen
