- Als Recruiter:in tragen Sie zur unternehmens- und fachbereichsspezifischen Talent-Acquisition-Strategie bei.
- Dazu nutzen Sie die gesamte Bandbreite an innovativen Active Sourcing Techniken, um geeignete Talente für uns zu gewinnen.
- Ebenso entwickeln Sie eigenständig Sourcing-Strategien, identifizieren neue Kanäle und bauen so einen internen Talentpool auf, sodass sich potenzielle Kandidat:innen mit uns verbunden fühlen.
- Das Führen von Informations- und Vorstellungsgesprächen mit unseren Talenten rundet Ihr Aufgabenprofil ab.

- Berufserfahrung im Recruiting
- Erfahrung im Bereich Active Sourcing und Social Networking wünschenswert
- Anwendbare Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Business-Netzwerken (Xing, LinkedIn etc.)
- Ein souveränes und sicheres Auftreten
