Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir Sie, als Niederlassungsleiter:in (w/m/d).
- Als Niederlassungsleiter:in sind Sie verantwortlich für den wirtschaftlichen Erfolg und die Entwicklung der Niederlassung Ulm, die als Profit Center geführt wird.
- Auf Basis Ihres eigenen vertrieblichen Erfolges unterstützen Sie ihr Vertriebsteam und führen es zu herausragenden Leistungen.
- Sie entwickeln Vertriebskonzepte und bauen damit bestehende Kundenbeziehungen langfristig und erfolgreich aus.
- Zusätzlich stellen Sie durch Planung, Steuerung und Kontrolle der operativen Tätigkeiten den Qualitätsstandard von Brunel sicher.
- Abgerundet wird Ihr Aufgabenprofil durch die Umsetzung der Unternehmensstrategie, verbunden mit umfassender Umsatz- und Budgetverantwortung.
What you need to bring
- erfolgreich abgeschlossenes wirtschaftliches Studium
- mehrjährige Vertriebs- und Führungserfahrung
- hohe Affinität zum technischen Dienstleistungsvertrieb gepaart mit einem motivierenden Führungsstil
- Kenntnisse über den regionalen Arbeits- und Kundenmarkt
- unternehmerisches Denken sowie ein ausgeprägter Leistungs- und Erfolgswille
