About this role: Senior Personnel Coordinator
On behalf of our client, a Leading Engineering & Technology company to the Energy sector, Brunel has a highly sought after 12-month contract opportunity for a skilled Personnel Coordinator located in luxurious Perth CBD premises!
You will be responsible for the management of all personnel, travel and related administration activities for the Project.
- Manage all Project operational domestic and international mobility assignments in and out of Company’s Australia site(s) using an OPMS database, ensuring all travel and logistics are in place ensuring a seamless transition
- Ensure assignment letters and necessary visas are in place for all new Project personnelInterface with the Client Travel Coordinator for personnel - interface with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure relevant compliance obligations and internal procedures are understood and adhered to
- Recommend and implement actions for Project procedures and plans with logistics implications
- Ensure collaborative work practices between the Project Personnel Team (training, administration, HR and travel)
- Coordination of personnel roster data with the Project Team and issue daily roster/travel reports
- Management and maintenance of offshore roster
- On call availability during adverse weather and other situations (ie community lockdowns) to manage impacted personnel movements - including weekend support
- Coordination of weekly POB reviews with internal stakeholders and project sub-contractors
- Assist the Training and Competency Coordinator for personnel readiness to travel coordination and processing
Requirements
- Year 12 or equivalent – studies in Human Resources Management is desirable)
- Proficient in MS Office – Word and ExcelAdvanced knowledge of Personnel Logistics Management SystemsConfident verbal and written communication skills
- Previous exposure to HR / ER related functions – high level of confidentialityExtensive experience in coordination and mobilisation of personnel to/from international countriesDemonstrated experience in coordination of multiple sub-contractorsProblem solving skills and ability to use initiative
