About this role: Project Administrator

Seeking a Project Administrator for a 15 month contract in Brisbane CBD location

Brunel Australasia are currently partnering with one of the leading companies in the energy, chemical and resource sector. They have a great reputation for creating a safety-focused culture.

Provides complex administrative support to a project or multiple projects. Collects, reviews, analyzes complex and/orconfidential data and prepares reports, charts, budgets, and other presentation materials. Responds to or routes nonroutine or confidential inquiries from external or internal sources with correspondence or other messaging. Providesadministrative and logistical support including meeting arrangement, progress tracking, and documentation on large,complex projects. Schedules and coordinates meetings, travel, and other group activities. Has advanced word
processing, spreadsheet, and graphics software skills.


  • Previous site admin experience
  • 5+ years oil & gas experience
  • Fluent in English (if they know some French that is a bonus!)
  • Advanced MS Office skills
  • Requirement to be based in the office Mon-Fri


  • Brisbane CBD based role
  • Mon- Friday roster
  • 15 month contract (potential to be extended)
