Introduction

Brunel is seeking a highly experienced Team Lead - Asset Planning & Delivery to drive operational planning, scheduling, and mobilisation across WA & NT.

This is a refreshed leadership opportunity, designed to strengthen governance, uplift team capability, and deliver a unified approach to asset planning and field mobilisation. Based in Perth, you'll lead a team of senior planners and mobilisation specialists, working closely with operational peers and central support functions.

You'll bring structure and purpose, helping to embed consistency and improve performance. If you're a natural coach and systems-focused leader with experience in planning, scheduling, and driving continuous improvement - this is your chance to make a real impact. Further duties inlclude:

  • Lead a multi-regional team across WA and NT focused on short-term asset planning, scheduling, and mobilisation support.
  • Oversee the end-to-end planning lifecycle, ensuring processes are consistent and effective.
  • Collaborate closely with operations leadership, commercial teams, and central support functions.
  • Drive planning governance, improve compliance practices, and influence a culture of accountability.
  • Support mobilisation activities including onboarding, inductions, and site access logistics.
  • Mentor, coach, and uplift capability of junior planners and schedulers.

Is this you?

  • Proven leadership experience in planning, scheduling, or fixed asset management roles.
  • Knowledge of CMMS (e.g., Maximo) and planning systems within a regulated operational environment.
  • Industry experience in gas, utilities or infrastructures is highly regarded.
  • Ability to lead change and create consistency across the team.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and the confidence to influence.
  • A continuous improvement mindset and a structured approach to team governance and delivery.
