We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor who can confidently manage insurance repair projects, coordinate trades, and deliver high-quality workmanship on time and within scope. About this role

As a Site Supervisor, you will oversee day-to-day construction activities across multiple residential and commercial insurance repair projects. You'll work closely with trades, clients, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the company's high standards.

  • Supervise and manage daily operations across multiple job sites (residential & commercial).
  • Coordinate and schedule trades, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Conduct site inspections, assess repair needs, and ensure work aligns with scopes and insurer requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with WHS regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
  • Resolve onsite issues promptly and professionally to keep projects on track.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, claim managers, and internal teams regarding progress and timelines.
  • Review completed works and ensure high-quality workmanship before sign-off.
  • Maintain accurate site records, reports, and updates through internal systems.

Is this you?

  • Experience as a Site Supervisor within the insurance building
  • Strong understanding of residential and/or commercial building processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple sites across Brisbane through to the Sunshine Coast.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Trade qualification or construction background highly regarded.
  • Strong commitment to safety, quality, and deadlines.
