Brunel are looking for a highly skilled JG 3 Staff Wells Engineer DD SW/Land-NPNT to join one of our major global clients within their project teams;
Start date: ASAP;
Location: Aberdeen
Duration:6 Months
As a Staff Well Engineer DD SW/Land-NPNT you Will be Carrying out the Following:
The engineer will continue to support the Well Delivery Team through the execution phase bytransitioning into the operations team as life cycle well engineer, ensuring risks are carried intoexecution and learnings are captured and fed back to the Franchise Team. The Engineer will ensurethat GWDP processes under their remit follow appropriate Shell standards and that required
assurance is in place.The Well Engineer will be responsible for ensuring high quality detailed design work that can be
efficiently executed in line with project value drivers. As per the GLOBAL Well Delivery Process & WellDelivery Plan they will lead Value Creation events. They will work with Franchising, Operations and
multi-disciplinary teams such as subsurface in the Well Delivery Process. The Well Engineer will berequired to work with service providers / contractors and other key external stakeholders
Requirements
Are you What we are Looking for:
• Round 2 Certificate or Round 2 Diploma or eqivalent;• Significant experience in Well Engineering with a proven track record in well design, planningand execution delivery;• Demonstrated ability to work across organizational boundaries to effectively implement new
ways of working, both within Wells and across multi-disciplinary teams;• Strong stakeholder integration and influencing skills. Proven ability to build relationships
effectively and to deliver across global teams and multiple disciplines.
