Introduction

Our client, a leading Australian mining organisation, is seeking an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join their team at their Perth site. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled individual with strong experience in Run of Mine (ROM), Non-Process Infrastructure (NPI), and Haul Road Design.

About this role

Key Responsibilities:

Lead civil design projects, focusing on ROM, NPI, and haul road infrastructure.
Oversee project development from concept to detailed design.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project objectives and timelines are met.
Provide technical expertise and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Conduct site assessments and monitor project progress.
Ensure project delivery within budget and schedule constraints.

Requirements

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
8-10 years of experience in civil engineering with a strong focus on mining projects.
Proven experience in ROM, NPI, and haul road design.
Strong understanding of Australian design standards and mining regulations.
Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
Strong communication skills for interfacing with stakeholders.
