Project Manager

We are currently seeking an Landscape Project Manager for our long standing client to join their growing Sydney division. The company have 40 years experience across commercial and civil projects and highly regarding by their partners in the industry. Collaborating closely with commercial and government clients, you'll play a leading role in delivering some of the most well known commercial and Infrastructure projects across Sydney.

• Demonstrate a strong ambition to propel the business forward, innovating processes along the way.
• Thoroughly comprehend project specifications prior to on-site commencement, ensuring end-to-end project excellence.
• Nurture client relationships, matching financial objectives with client requisites.
• Generate monthly project reports, detailing financials and program schedules for the Construction Manager
• Flexibility to adapt in a dynamic work environment, proactively strategising and planning.
• Efficiently manage subcontractors, ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion of Scope of Works.
• Comprehensive understanding of Workplace Health and Safety protocols, guaranteeing on-site compliance.
• Efficiently coordinate resources, material procurement, machinery, and temporary staff when necessary.

• Minimum of 3+ years' experience as a Project Manager or Foreman within civil construction, or landscaping domains
• Certificate IV in Landscape Construction or equivalent qualification Hold a valid White Card certification
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organisational proficiency
• Proven drive, self-motivation, and capacity to meet tight timelines and budgets

A salary of $110,000 - $130,000 + Super + Company Vehicle is available depending on experience level.
