Project Manager - Facades

Duties:

• Plan and execute project activities, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
• Establish project timelines and milestones, and ensure all deadlines are met
• Monitor project progress and report regularly to all stakeholders
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and regulatory standards
• Foster strong relationships with project stakeholders, including contractors, architects, and engineers
• Oversee all aspects of façade building and remediation, from design to construction
• Ensure adherence to strict safety protocols and quality standards throughout the construction process
