Introduction

On behalf of our client, a World Leader within the Energy / Oil & Gas industry, Brunel is presently sourcing a Project Administration Assistant, providing administrative and project support across the group and the wider Project Controls Team. This will be a casual contract located in the Perth CBD.

About this role

  • Manage project correspondence processes using CDS
  • Maintain up-to-date desk/office plans, personnel lists, and organisational charts in SAP
  • Coordinate document sign-off processes between Company and Contractors
  • Support document management, data entry, and filing activities
  • Coordinate travel, accommodation, and mobilisation for project personnel
  • Support expense claim and visa processes
  • Manage reception, mail, IT services, and facilities coordination with contractors
  • Administer onboarding and offboarding for new starters and leavers
  • Coordinate PPE ordering, training requests, and team-building activities
  • Maintain and distribute Development Team communications and IT assets

Is this you?

  • Previous experience in Project Administration working aross diverse teams and tasks
  • Proactive, adaptable and ability to take ownership of keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to work across different disciplines and cultures
  • Ability to maintain positive relationships with vendors and contractors
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
