About this role: Plant Manager
We’re hiring Plant Manager for one of our Leading MNC in Oil & Gas to join their growing team. This position is based out in Barmer.
- Position: Plant Manager;
- YOE: 15 Years;
- Contract: Permanent Role;
- Location: Barmer;
- Rotation-90 days on -10 days off.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plant manager is responsible for ensuring compliance with the company’s performance measurement and improvement tools system for monitoring and measuring personal and team performance; Maintaining the Health Safety and Welfare of all persons at the facility;
- Responsible for a safe and efficient Process Plant operation, the maintenance of technical integrity, compliance with safe operating practices, environmental and legislative requirements;
- Carryout out duties in accordance with Company’s management System, IMS documents and inline to best Industry practices;
- Ensure compliance to HSSEQ policies, MAPP Policy, procedures and guidelines during activities;
- Comply with Client Asset Optimization Plan, Process Safety guidelines and other Asset integrity related plans;
- Fulfil the risk management requirements by ensuring all risks in the operation and maintenance of the facility are identified and procedures are established and implemented;
- Manage the human resources available at facility to maintain a flexible and efficient work culture;
- Manage the facility management budget, review financial reports, control of costs and oversee the operation of the purchasing system;
- Manage and co-ordinate any Emergency Response;
- In cooperation with other department heads and assist;
- Contract manager in the preparation of budgets and control expenditures;
- For a safe and efficient Process plant operation, the maintenance of technical integrity, compliance with safe operating practices, environmental and legislative requirements.
Requirements
Qualification and Experience:
- Degree: 10 years’ experience within Oil & Gas processing / Refining / Petrochemical field with a minimum of 6 years in supervisory position;
- Diploma: 12 years’ experience within Oil & Gas processing / Refining / Petrochemical field with a minimum of 8 years in supervisory position.
Technical Competencies & Skills:
- Total Experience more than 15 years with minimum past 3 years in leadership role;
- Experience in the operation and maintenance of process equipment;
- Experience with Safety Management System and Computerized Maintenance Management System;
- Strong personal and interpersonal skills;
- Knowledge of SAP will be added advantage;
- Communication Skill, Cost Management, Safety oriented mindset.
