Introduction
- The primary purpose of this position is to conduct site inspections to verify compliance with the conditions as stipulated in the Land Lease Agreement.
About this role
- Establish the monthly plan for carrying out site inspections and obtain approval of Land and Property Administrator.
- Carry out daily inspections as per established plan and any other ad hoc inspections as directed to verify compliance with conditions as stipulated in the Land Lease Agreement.
- Observe and record site and work conditions including gathering data, information, photographs, and videos to support non compliances.
- Maintain records of all site violations.
- Submit daily reports on cases of non-compliances to the Land and Property Administrator.
- Follow up on cases of noncompliance and verify rectification.
- Support handover of site to lessee upon execution of land lease agreement and demobilization upon expiry of lease.
Is this you?
- The incumbent shall have completed Secondary education (12 years) and completed at least 3 years Diploma in a technical field.
- In addition, the incumbent shall have at least 5 years working experience in a project execution role.
- Must be proficient in spoken and written English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Special Conditions: a) The incumbent will spend approximately 75% of his working hours on site with resultant exposure to ambient desert conditions and have regular interactions with Contractor personnel. b) Position requires a valid Qatar driving license.
