About this role: Hook up Commissioning and Wells RSES Delegate
Brunel are looking for a highly experienced Hook up Commissioning and Wells RSES Delegate to work for one of our major global clients
Start date: ASAP
Duration: 12 Months
Location: Esbjerg, Denmark
What you Will be Doing:
• Ensure the role of Responsible for Safety and Environment on Site Deputy (RSES/D);• Ensure the role of HUC&W site representative in his perimeter;
• Defend Company interests at Sea;• Ensure a proper execution of the TRP offshore Hook-Up, Commissioning and Wells reinstatement phase with the
objective of safely achieving first gas production and production ramp-up;
HSE Matters:• Continuously improve the Site Safety / Environment performances, the site integrity and the site housekeeping;
• Conduct risk assessments and implement the associated action plans;• Conduct root cause analyses and ensure proper follow-up.
Requirements
What we Need to see in you:
• Master’s degree in science / Mechanical / Petroleum Engineering or equivalent;• 10+ years’ experience in Oil & Gas industry with focus in offshore Hook-up and Commissioning and/or operation;
• A good leadership and management experience, with the ability to organize, lead and motivate a large team (both staff and contractors) from different cultures and different levels of education;• A successful OPERCAP+ assessment or equivalent;
• Ability to manage Emergency situations;• Ability to take decisions;
• Focus on HSE;• Fluency in English.
