Introduction

Brunel is an industry leader when it comes to delivering successful results for our client base across the Construction, Rail, Infrastructure, Mining, Power and Oil & Gas industries.
Due to a new project commencing, our client is now seeking Civil Supervisor to join their team based at Perth Airport. They are offering an attractive salary package, great development opportunities and extensive staff rewards.

About this role

  • Ensure all safety, security and environmental standards meet the Business objectives during delivery. Acting lead between various internal business units, off and on-site teams.
  • Coordinate and manage contractors’ permits and monitor compliance against scope, assisting in management of the quality of contractors’ workmanship
  • Ensure stakeholder requirements are met with minimal disruption to operations. Attend site inspections, toolbox meetings, undertaking audits/reviews of traffic management and monitoring construction progress on site.
  • Collaborating with key stakeholder, project delivery team, reporting on progress and escalating matters where required.

Requirements

  • Trade certificate or relevant construction experience
  • Experience in the supervision of civil & infrastructure works.
  • Understanding of ISO accredited systems
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal employees.
  • Working Rights within Australia.
