Introduction
We are currently hiring a Bilingual Customer Relations Specialist for our client based in Montreal. The Bilingual Customer Relations Specialist will be the first line of contact with customers, responding to incoming calls, emails, and other inquiries. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth running of daily customer operations.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure an excellent customer satisfaction level overall
  • Process commercial & compassionate orders in line with allocation strategies and SIT level
  • Oversee outbound activities such as damages, temperature excursions, on time deliveries, and troubleshooting as required
  • Process all types of claims with necessary backup documentations: return to stock, shortages, monthly bill backs etc.
  • Monitor all customer returns with 3rd party destruction facility
  • Identify issues and provide solutions and initiatives to reach out KPI and cost savings targets
  • Provide advice on setting and implementing processes / initiatives

Requirements

Requirements

  • Bilingual: English/French
  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Operations
  • Patient centric, curious, autonomous with problem-solving skills
  • Excel competencies with analytical mindset
  • Mandated to be present at HO on average 3 days/week
