HR Specialist (w/m/d)

Are you passionate about all things HR and eager to apply your skills to attracting new talent? At Brunel, you will take on the supervision of several managers and employees in a complex business environment. For this challenging task we are looking for you as HR Manager.

- Your responsibilities will include supporting the alignment of organizational and administrative requirements with the business strategy- You will support the region's designated workforce development efforts, working closely with hiring managers, the Talent Acquisition department, central functions and other business units
- This includes mentoring multiple executives and employees in a complex business environment, including supporting multiple mixed organizations with acquired businesses, union relationships, or global presence.- Focus is on topics such as employee advocacy/engagement, HR fundamentals and process training, employee relations management, performance management, and career development
- In addition, assisting with other special HR projects or initiatives as needed- Lastly, maintaining and protecting confidential data with the utmost care and prudence

• Bachelor's degree in technical or commercial field.
• Solid professional experience in human resources with responsibilities such as recruiting, training, employee development or performance management.
• Fluency in written and spoken German and English.
• Proactive, good communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• Sound project management skills and recruitment experience
