Engineering Manager:in (EV) (w/m/d)

We are looking for an Engineering Manager with a Master's degree in engineering and advanced project management skills with external certification, as well as several years of professional experience in project planning and design. In addition, the candidate should have at least 5 years of experience as a project manager, knowledge of chemical plants, and technical experience. This project is for one of the largest polyolefin manufacturers in Europe.

The project location will be in southern Bavaria.

The Engineering Manager is responsible for the development, planning, implementation, and monitoring of a large-scale project in the field of polyolefins. He/she is responsible for managing a team of engineers and acts as the deputy project manager. He/she oversees the production of the plant and the safe completion of the project.

• Master's degree in engineering or equivalent
• Previous knowledge of chemical plants
• Experience working with EPC contractors
• Several years of professional experience in project planning as a lead engineer (preferably as a project manager)
• Technical experience, preferably in a maintenance or project environment
• Fluent in English and knowledge of German is an advantage
• Willingness to travel up to 40% to the site location in Austria, with the possibility of 20% remote work from home.
