Ihre Qualifikationen
- Degree/Diploma qualified in Environment, Health & Safety (or equivalent)
- Locally or internationally recognized professional EHS qualification
- Strong experience as EHS in Onshore Projects. Offshore experience would be a plus
- Fluent English, advanced Dutch and/or German will be plus
- Strong oral and written communication skills towards a very diverse group of workers.
- Ability to analyze safety regulations and make application to an industrial workplace.
- Ability to perform in a fastpaced environment and make quick and sound decisions in emergency response situations

- You will prepare the project EHS plan and individual site procedures prior to mobilization and develop updates as needed.
- You will ensure that the site has identified any applicable laws or standards and ensure that he/she understands the requirements to achieve compliance.
- Management of all on-site incidents to ensure required actions are implemented expeditiously and assist in the conduct of investigations.
- You will be responsible for contacting subcontractors, insurance agents, local medical services, local fire and police departments, local regulatory agencies, and the customer/client on EHS related matters.
- Communicate unsafe acts and conditions observed on site to management so that prompt preventative action can be taken to avoid reoccurrence.
- Identify best practices that could be beneficial to other sites and share them with the Project EHS Manager.
- You are developing and delivering an EHS familiarization plan for all construction personnel and visitors who report to the construction site
