● Generating leads and customer interest by promoting our services and capabilities

● Strategically refine the sales process with End2End responsibility from first contact to contract signing

● Development of custom strategies to approach stakeholders and jointly develop sales/value stories with other agents

● Establish new and maintain existing Business Relationships in our target market segments (DACH Area) and thereby contribute to continuous and sustainable business growth

● Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients and stakeholders

● Preparing weekly and monthly reports including strategic and analytic insights

● Visiting clients and potential clients to understand and evaluate needs or promote products and services

● Competently answering client questions about credit terms, services, prices, and availability

● Addressing customer needs by contributing insights to service offerings

● Definition of communication channels to create and publish success stories and case Studies

● Competitor analysis and definition of marketing campaigns and go-to-market strategies

● Build strong relationships with our vendors and delivery partners and establish joint business relationships

Ihre Qualifikationen

● Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, related field or other proven domain experience

● High willingness to learn with a distinct market knowledge and associated sales strategies; especially in the areas of modern software development and digital transformation

● Very good communication and presentation skills in German and English and willingness to travel

● Proven sales experience in the area of digital product and custom software development esp. in an agency or (tech) consultancy

● Innovative, confident appearance, initiative and willingness to take responsibility

● Understanding of the sales process and dynamics

● A commitment to excellent customer service

● Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build relationships with customers and suppliers

● Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment
