About this role

We're seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager to lead the delivery of a technically challenging marine scope. The works include demolition, wharf construction, services installation, and integration with landside infrastructure - all managed in-house with a self-perform delivery model.

  • Manage marine civil works including wharf structures, services, and landside tie-ins

  • Lead site teams, subcontractors, and consultants across design and delivery

  • Ensure safety, quality, and environmental compliance

  • Drive program, cost, and reporting outcomes

  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and the private client

Is this you?

  • Proven experience managing marine or coastal civil projects

  • Strong background with self-perform contractors (not just client-side or consultancy)

  • Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills

  • Relevant qualifications in Civil Engineering or Construction Management

  • Comfortable working FIFO on a 2/1 roster from Perth
