Introduction

We are seeking multiple Contract Administrators to support a major operatorship transition program within the energy sector. These roles focus on stewarding service contracts, processing service requests and service entries in SAP, and ensuring continuity of goods and services delivery during the transition period.

You will liaise daily with contractor representatives, procurement teams, operations personnel and accounts payable to ensure service orders, invoice processing and contract compliance activities are executed effectively and efficiently.

About this role

  • Create and amend Service Requests and Service Entries for operational contract services within SAP
  • Steward vendor contracts to ensure continuity of services and alignment with company controls
  • Liaise daily with contractor representatives to resolve PO, service entry and invoicing issues
  • Monitor contract status and provide reporting to management
  • Maintain accurate contract records and ensure compliance with procurement and audit requirements
  • Support Accounts Payable in clearing invoice discrepancies and processing delays
  • Coordinate contractor performance evaluations and capture performance documentation
  • Work with Procurement and Contract Advisors on renewals, extensions and improvement opportunities

Is this you?

  • Experience in contract administration, procurement support or accounts payable within a large organisation
  • Competent user of SAP (or similar enterprise ERP systems)
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and vendor management capability
  • Solid organisational skills with high attention to detail and record-keeping discipline
  • Comfortable working in structured processes with compliance requirements
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills

Highly regarded

  • Exposure to energy, resources, major projects, or asset-heavy operational environments
  • Experience coordinating contract performance and vendor relationships
  • Understanding of procurement controls, governance and commercial compliance obligations
